Frequently asked questions
How does studio pickup work?+
Order online and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready. Pick it up at our studio — 4525 Quail Lakes Dr # A, Stockton, CA 95207 — and bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine).
Do you ship orders?+
Not at the moment — all orders are picked up in person at our Stockton studio. That keeps things simple and gives you a chance to say hi and ask questions about your products.
What payment methods do you accept?+
You can pay online by card or Cash App Pay (via Stripe) or with PayPal and Venmo. You can also send a Zelle payment to truthinbeautyjs@gmail.com — we confirm Zelle payments manually, so your order shows as pending until we do. Prefer to keep it simple? Just pay when you pick up at the studio.
What is your return policy?+
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of pickup for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened products — but if something isn't working for your skin, contact us and Jamie will help you find a better fit.
Not sure which products are right for you?+
Ask Jamie — a licensed esthetician. Call (209) 639-7637, email truthinbeautyjs@gmail.com, or ask in person at pickup or during your next facial, and she'll point you to what suits your skin.
Can I save my cart and finish my order later?+
Yes. Your cart is saved on your device, so you can come back anytime and pick up where you left off.
