How pickup works

• Order online — we'll email you as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
• Bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) when you come by.
• We don't ship — every order is picked up in person at the studio.

Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of pickup for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened products — but if something isn't sitting right with your skin, reach out and Jamie will help you find a better fit.
